  • Monday: chest, shoulders, triceps + cardio 20 minutes
  • Tuesday: back & biceps + cardio 20 minutes
  • Wednesday: boot camp OR cardio
  • Thursday: rest
  • Friday: legs
  • Saturday: rest
  • Sunday: rest

Other fun stuff: dinner on Thursday and Kraków in the weekend!
